The community of Wells is protected against fire by the Wells Volunteer Fire Brigade. The Fire Chief is Dennis Manuel. The Wells Volunteer Fire Brigade meets at the Wells Fire Hall every Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. for approximately two hours.
